When Warm Meets Cold

Humans have dramatically altered the landscape of fertile southwestern Ontario with deforestation, draining of wetlands and intensive agricultural production. The ever changing ecology, with loss of species and introduction of invasive species, is struggling to find balance. This images represents to me the clash of a resilient but suffering environment with the forces of human action.
